The control panel is accessible from http://www.mybandsite.co.uk/controlpanel/.
Note
Remember that you will need to login using your username and short site code, for example asmith_rcb.
The control panel contains the following options:
The modules configuration option allows you to change which modules are installed for your site.
There are two lists shown here. The top list contains the modules that are enabled, and the bottom list those that are disabled. Click the add to site and remove from site buttons to move modules between these lists.
Clicking a module name will take you to the reference documentation for that module.
Some modules have additional configuration. Click the configure link to change this.
This option allows users to be created. You will need to create users for all the band members that need to be able to access the private area of your site.
The main table on this page shows a list of users and their permissions. The far right column shows how long it is since they last logged in.
Click the name of the user to change their settings or click the add new user link to add a new user.
Warning
You will need to create a member record in the Admin Site for the user and point that member at the user’s login before they will be able to log into the private area.
Web analytics are provided by the Piwik Web Analytics open source project. This link allows access to your statistics.
You will need to put Piwik javascript into your template.html for stats to start recording.
This option allows some of the config for your site to be administered.
If checked, the site will send you an email whenever a page is requested that does not exist.
Enter your Piwik username and password here for the Web Analytics link to take you straight into your stats without having to login again.
This allows you to change the default style of your website. You’ll get a warning if you’ve created a template.html which will override this setting.
Shows the payment history on your account.
